Creative Images
These Competitions are open to any and all creative techniques, which produce images that display "altered reality." These types of images are most often montages (blending of multiple images) or are the results of using processing filters that modify the colors, shapes and forms of the objects that are included within them. Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his/her own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the competition. This may include low resolution posting on a web site. The competition assumes no liability of any misuse of copyright. Images may be altered, either electronically or otherwise, by the maker and artwork or computer graphics created by the entrant may be incorporated if the photographic content predominates. All final work must be on photographic film or contained in an electronic file.
The maker's name and/or image title shall not appear in the image area of the digital file or slide.
An image previously accepted in a CPID Creative Individual International Competition is not eligible for entry.

Color Profile
Saving your "jpg" file(s) using the sRGB color profile is recommended as it will provide better quality under the projection conditions used for judging.
Image Size
For all images, the maximum allowable horizontal dimension (width) is 1024 pixels and the maximum vertical dimension (height/tall) is 768 pixels.
Smaller images are acceptable.
File Names
You do not have to follow any convention for naming your "jpg" files when you submit your entries. The file(s) will be re-named to meet the needs of our competition software.
